National Open Seminar Analysis.

The seminar series delivered under the project achieved outstanding success across Malaysia, Cambodia, and Laos, far surpassing all participation targets. All three planned national seminars (3/3) were successfully conducted, reflecting strong regional engagement and effective cross-institutional coordination.
Collectively, the seminars attracted 1,577 participants, exceeding the original target of 500 by an impressive 315%. Each country seminar surpassed the individual benchmark of 200 participants, demonstrating significant interest in digital transformation themes across higher education and research communities.
The series engaged a diverse audience comprising 538 academic staff, 670 students, and 369 non-academic professionals, indicating broad sectoral relevance and impact. Furthermore, the seminars reached participants from nine countries, strengthening regional and international collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capacity-building aligned with Erasmus+ objectives.
Overall, the project has delivered substantial reach, demonstrated strong stakeholder involvement, and contributed meaningfully to advancing digital learning and transformation across Southeast Asia. The results reaffirm the project’s success in fostering sustainable academic networks and enhancing institutional readiness for digital innovation.
