ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The Global Conference on Digital Transformation in Higher Education (DX2025) is an international dissemination and knowledge-sharing event dedicated to the theme “Redefining Possibilities in the Digital Transformation.” The conference brings together scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and industry leaders to explore forward-looking strategies that shape the future of digital transformation in higher education.

Background and Purpose
DX2025 is convened as part of the dissemination activities of a multi-institutional Erasmus+ project involving 11 universities across Europe and Southeast Asia. The project is aimed at strengthening digital transformation capacity among higher education institutions in Lao PDR, Cambodia, and Malaysia.
The initiative responds to key challenges faced by partner institutions—namely limited digital infrastructure, evolving pedagogical demands, and the need for enhanced faculty readiness. Through collaborative development and capacity-building efforts, the project delivers several transformative outputs, including:
- A comprehensive Digital Transformation Blueprint
- Structured training programmes for academic and administrative staff
- The establishment of Digital Learning Centres across partner institutions
DX2025 provides a strategic platform to showcase these achievements, share impactful practices, and promote cross-regional collaboration in digital transformation. The conference aims to inspire the adoption of innovative solutions, strengthen institutional resilience, and support workforce development across higher education ecosystems.
